2.6 List Historic Medical Records of a Patient

The records of a patient can be viewed, edited and deleted from the list. The records can be listed by pages. The records can be searched by key word.

• View the brief information of the records
• Search records of a patient
• Create a new record for the patient
• Edit a record information
• Delete a record
