2.11 Import Patients

The patients information in an Microsoft Office Excel file or in a comma separated values file can be imported into HuaYi TCM system.

Microsoft Office Excel 2007 or later versions must be installed in the computer.

• The firstname of an imported patient is required
• Input flags of gender if the gender information are imported
• Input flags of yes / no if the relevant field is imported
• Some values can be edited or added temporarily before importing
• The patient with the same first name and birthday is not imported duplicately
