2.8 List Contacts with a Patient

The contacts with a patient can be viewed, edited and deleted from the list. The contacts can be listed by pages. The contacts can be searched by key word.

Management functionality from the list:

• View the brief information of the contacts
• Search contacts with a patient
• Create a new contact with the patient
• Edit a contact information
• Delete a contact
