if there are multiple users, other user can still access the database during backup (online backup).
Both the database file and the backup file are in the same machine. If the database service and the UI are seperate, the backup file is not in the UI machine. The database can be backed up remotely.
The backup folder is selected and created automatically on the database service side. The folder is tried to locate in a different hard disk (if multiple disks), not C driver (if multiple drivers) and the driver with a large amount of free size.
The manual backup can be executed any time. The system supplies automatic backup as well.
The backup file name includes the backup time inforamtion. It is helpful for database restore.
